The role of the Chaplain is brought to life through this observational series looking at the day to day challenges that Chaplains face. City Chaplains looks at the stories behind those at the coal face of the urban ministry and follows a number of men and women working across the city of Liverpool, in places you expect, and some you wouldn’t. Focusing on Chaplains from Liverpool Docks, the University, Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Everton Football Club and a Fire Station, they are at the front line of the faith communities, dealing with the public at times of crisis and in times of need.
