DCD Rights return to Mipcom with it’s largest latest releases to date!

The DCD Rights team are thrilled to return to MIPCOM with our largest latest releases to date, showcasing our diverse range of Drama, Entertainment, Factual and Music programming.

Our recent dramas begin with a glimpse into the sporting world in On The Ropes, as we are submerged into the life of female boxing trainer Amirah Al Amir who is determined to prove herself.  Also refusing to give up is charismatic investigator Alexa Crowe, who along with Captain Thunderbolt, her cat, looks into unsolved crimes in My Life Is Murder. We are delighted to welcome some classic British drama series with the hard-hitting crime drama Taggart taking on complex cases. Dr Finlay arrives in 1940’s Scotland, as he comes to terms with post-war problems in a period of hope and expectation. From everyday life to mysterious pasts, Rebus tackles crimes that link to his problematic personal life,

Citizen Lane looks in on the fascinating figure of Irish art collector, Hugh Lane, whilst a second season of Real Detective: North Of The Border features detectives reliving the one investigation that haunts them to this day.

Bridezillas: Scared Fit follows tougher-than-nails personal trainer Donna Sexton as she invades the lives of former brides to help them lose weight in a Bridezillas boot camp, whilst four famous families take on a boot camp of their own in a last-ditch effort to salvage their relationships in Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars - Family Edition.

In the world of entertainment, Off Camera returns delving into the lives of Hollywood’s hottest talent, while Berlin Live presents a plethora of talented musicians from across the globe.

Cast in shadow for much of the public, Abnormal Load brings to light the industry dedicated to the transportation of titanic machinery. The ToyMakerz are back for a second season, building their unique vehicles before testing them out on the street whereas the savvy contractors in Scrap Kings: Demolition Day are deconstructing factories, bridges, boats and cars in a bid to recycle these materials.
