Sarah Graham’s Food Safari is a cookery show that explores some of Africa’s most interesting and exciting food through the eyes of food writer and cook, Sarah Graham. Sarah grew up on a small game reserve in Zimbabwe, lion cubs and elephants included, and this season will take us deeper into Sarah’s food story, set against an epic African backdrop of the people and places she loves. From the open savannah of Antelope Park and the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe; on to the bustle of South Africa’s capital Johannesburg. Moving south through the dramatic terrain of the Karoo towards the verdant Garden Route and on to the beautiful cityscapes of Cape Town. It’s all about experiencing some of Sarah’s favourite corners of Southern Africa, feasting and exploring as we go.
