The team at DCD rights are thrilled to be returning to Mipcom with our latest releases that features programming across drama, entertainment, factual and music.

Secrets and suspicions are the themes across our most recent dramas, beginning with an adaptation of Michael Robotham’s acclaimed novel The Secrets She Keeps which reveals the explosive secrets of two women, potentially destroying everything they hold dear. Paths collide between family, friends and the police in Dry Water, as the death of a man uncovers much more than an apparent suicide, and Find My Killer, a story inspired by real life events, follows the investigation into the disappearance and murder of teenager Mia Bryant.

From fiction to facts, 10 Steps To Murder traces step-by-step the paths of both a killer and their victim in a number of real-life murder cases and The Redemption Project looks into the restorative justice process, following the journey of a victim as they come face-to-face with their offender in the hopes of seeking some sense of closure.

The Day My Job Tried To Kill Me deep dives into some of the world’s infamous workplace disasters, examining the stories of survivors that detail a day at their work that turned in to a living hell and Disasters Engineered explores the stories behind the man-made mistakes that caused some of the most catastrophic disasters in the world. From the jaw-dropping real-life footage of what can go wrong on our roads, holidays, jobs and in our homes in …From Hell: Caught On Camera, to the terrifying tales of celebrities and their Haunted Encounters, we take a front row seat in to some of the funniest, sometimes frightening, emotional experiences of people’s lives.

We unravel the fascinating journeys taken by the biggest cargo in Britain and by the Ultimate Movers who have to carefully guide it from A to B, celebrate the transformation of early motor car travel with Christopher Timothy and Peter Davison in Vintage Roads Great & Small and race to the finish line in a third season of ToyMakerz, as these speciality vehicles are pushed to the max and beyond.

Turning away from the busy and chaotic roads, we enter the untamed world in Wildest Places which tracks the rarely captured animal behaviours in the most incredible natural and remote habitats. Marine biologist Rory Moore embarks on a mission in Saving The Dinosaur Fish to save the sturgeon from extinction and investigates how major moments in history and the caviar trade has shaped the sturgeon’s fate.

In the history realm, Rob Bell returns for a second series of World’s Greatest Ships, as he reveals the history behind the ships that changed the world. Renowned war historian James Holland conducts and in-depth investigation into Nazi War Machines: Secrets Uncovered, Germany’s main areas of warfare during WWII, and The Blitz: Britain On Fire tells the remarkable stories of people who were caught up in the bombings in 1941 – how some of them survived, often against the odds, but how others were not so lucky.

New to our music releases is Bush: Live In Tampa on their critically acclaimed 2019 Altimate Tour, featuring the band’s biggest hits “Machine Head” and “Glycerine”.

We are thrilled to welcome a range of classic British TV dramas from the producers of Goodbye, Mr Chips with additions which include; McCallum, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Fast Freddie, The Widow & Me, Forgive & Forget, High Times, Take Me, The Last Musketeer and The Stalker’s Apprentice.

We hope you enjoy our jam packed latest additions to our expanding catalogue. Our sales team are on hand to fill up your 2019/20 schedules.
